Heavy Duty Rotator - This "lathe" type fixture is built specifically for EB welding.  The unit shown is for a 36" cubed chamber or larger, and can be fitted with an 8" or 10" 3-jaw-chuck or an 18" face plate.  Other sizes are available to order.  This rotator has many unique design features.

Big Mouth Rotator - A motorized 2 jaw chuck for rotating long tubular components, nicknamed "Big Mouth". 

Big Mouth comes in three sizes, 2" (51 mm), 6" (152 mm), and 12" (305 mm).

Synchronous Rotator -Designed to rotate two parts synchronously during welding. It is suitable for separate parts that cannot rely on tack welds or friction to drive the second half.

 

 

 

 

Pneumatic Tailstock -Designed to fit on the side of the vacuum chamber on an EB welder opposite a rotator in order to hold parts between centers under pressure.  This clamping force is adjustable and permits assemblies to be held together without the need for tack welding or special tooling.
