Electron Beam Welder with 12 inch cubed chamber, digital controls and touchscreenAn electron beam welder with a 12 inch cubed chamber. This machine has a 3 kilowatt power supply and features dual vacuum systems for the chamber and electron gun.

This electron beam welder features a binocular viewing system which allows the operator to "watch while welding" to ensure perfect alignment of the beam with the joint.

Electron Beam Welder with 36 inch cubed chamber, digital controls and touchscreen

An electron beam welder with a 36 inch cubed chamber. This machine has a 5 kilowatt power supply and also features a dual vacuum systems for the chamber and electron gun, and comes with a binocular viewing system. Our silent running pump system is an excellent option for this welder as is our integrated multi access CNC system.

The glove box is used for laser, and micro resistance spot (seal) welding in a controlled atmosphere. Typically, an argon/helium mix is used for this process. Parts are evacuated and back filled with the gas mixture and passed into the glove box for the laser or resistance spot welding.Chamber Extension Tube Option – Any of our EB welders can be fitted with an optional chamber extension tube.  This two foot chamber extension was fitted onto a 12 inch cubed electron beam welder. The chamber extension tubes (up to 20 feet) allow you to electron beam (EB) weld parts of unusual length in a high vacuum atmosphere that would not normally fit within one of the smaller size chambers.
