Carousels
These carousels are designed for a variety of component and vacuum chamber sizes. For maximum output, the carousel can be semi automated or fully automated with computerized indexing and pre-programmed weld parameters.
6 Spindle Carousel -Our 6 Spindle carousel for a 12”, 18”, or larger chamber is fitted with 3-jaw chucks (collets optional) with a capacity of up to 3" diameter. It is a self contained carousel with variable speed and indexing drive box.
10 Spindle Carousel - (Horizontal view)
Each spindle is fitted with collets up to 1/2" capacity and the optional tailstock slides back and forth to adjust the tailstock spring pressure or to remove parts.
12 Spindle Carousel - Indexing is by stepper motor, and the spindle rotation has a wide speed range and is also driven by a micro-stepper motor.
20 Spindle Carousel - For those small diameter high production projects.
